Job Description

As a Backend Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain APIs, databases, and server-side logic for scalable web applications. You will collaborate with frontend engineers and DevOps to deliver high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices
• Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL)
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend performance
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years experience in backend development
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
